Tim Horgan is involved in the expansion and sustainability of the company's consultancy, retail and investment agency services throughout EMEA.
Recent Successes
Tim has worked on numerous resort and urban mixed-used schemes and some of his recent successes include:
· Lake Town, Budapest - Negotiating the bulk purchaser of 80 residential units in a large mixed-use residential development in Budapest.
· Polo Gardens, Sotogrande - Obtaining the international agency instruction and bringing to market 45 luxury residential units in an exclusive development located in Sotogrande, Spain.
· Nordre Jarlsberg Brygge AS, Norway - Introducing development finance for a major development site outside Oslo, comprising 120 key hotel, 1,600 residential units and 12,000sqm of commercial accommodation.
· Salamanca Capital - As retained property advisors, providing investment recommendations and advice for their Central & Eastern European based residential investment fund, including deal sourcing and valuation reporting.
· Parklands, Moscow - Providing consultancy and agency for the residential element of a major urban development of approximately 5,000 hectares on the outskirts of Moscow.
· OBOL XI, Budapest - Providing consultancy and agency for a riverside mixed-use scheme of 400,000 sq metres, comprising office, hotel, retail, leisure and residential.
General
Tim is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and also studied financial markets and property investment at the Securities Institute of Australia.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Residential in 2005, Tim worked with Grant Thornton in business advisory and business development, providing business and financial advice to clients from public and private corporations, government entities, pension funds, and high wealth individuals.
