Toby Greville runs the business coordination desk from the London office of Cushman & Wakefield Residential.
Recent Successes
Toby joined Cushman & Wakefield Residential to coordinate and oversee international projects and facilitate compatibility between the joint venture. He joined Cushman & Wakefield's Thames Valley Office Agency team where he worked on disposals and acquisitions of commercial office space such as:
· London & Regional - At First Central, Park Royal - Europe's largest Office Park development - in the strategic development of the long-term project marketing strategy of FC200.
· Motorola - Implementing the disposal strategy for Motorola's retired Portfolio.
· BP - Identifying acquisition sites of over 12,000 sqm of office space for two corporate relocation projects.
· With 10 years experience as an Army Officer and operational experience across Eastern Europe and the Middle East, Toby gradually changed his professional emphasis from the Infantry to the Ministry of Defence's Real Estate projects team. Appointed to Whitehall as a Military Adviser, he specialized in PFI projects working closely alongside Jarvis PLC as well as the reorganization of the Defence Housing Executive and the refurbishment of MoD's Main Building.
General
After leaving the public sector, he graduated from Business School in International Real Estate in 2004 and is an experienced management trainer. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005.
