Cushman & Wakefield Residential Market Commentary - May 2018

Average English house prices fell 0.3% during March 2018 with 56% of English Local Authorities recording month-on-month price falls during the month.

Demand remains greatest in lower-value markets.  The sub £200k market currently accounts for 45% of all sales, but just 30% of listings.
